Villa Euforbia is a rural house, before owned by the farmer, but very simple, dignified, and comfortable as the other villas around.Villa Euforbia reflects a way of life of peple loving the nature and the country, in a nice palce far from the chaotic modern life.

How far from the sea?
Villa Euforbia is very close to the sea, about 300 metres (500 ft.). The path is not plain, you have to descend a level of about 100 mt. (160 ft.) to reach the marvellous "Le Cannelle" bay.
Eventually, you can use the car, but, especially during the high season (july and august), there are several difficulties to find a parking.

Do i have a park for my car?
Yes, hou have! It is just aside the house.

How far from nearest towns?
12 Km. ( 7 miles) from Porto Santo Stefano. Due to the distances, it is advisable to buy food for a long period, to avoid shopping everyday.
Porto Ercole is 8 Km (5 miles) far, but the road is not always good, so it is better to reach Porto Ercole via Porto Santo Stefano.

It is possible to use the telephone line?
Sure, if you hav a computer you can use the telphone line to connect to internet.
At the end of the rental period, you will pay only for the connecting time you used.

What kind electrical energy, and which kind of gas for cooking?
Electrical tension is 220 Volts, and the gas is not direct, but contaned into bombs
